Body Dynamics, Inc. is dedicated to providing a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation, fitness, and performance. In keeping with that philosophy, we are now offering acupuncture to our slate of services.

Our Acupuncturist:

Ausra Kaminskas, M.Ac., L. Ac., has extensive experience in Eastern traditional medicine and acupuncture, and also in modern medicine. Ausra has been practicing acupuncture for the last six years in the Washington, D.C. area.

A graduate of The New England School of Acupuncture in Boston, Massachusetts, she is a diplomat of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and is licensed to practice acupuncture in the District of Columbia and Virginia. Ausra received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Kaunas Medical Institute in Lithuania and practiced Internal Medicine for eight years. Ausra discovered her love in medicine when she became acquainted with acupuncture, herbal medicine and holistic healing. She practiced acupuncture for 6 years in Lithuania.

Ausra is very aware of benefits and the limitations of both modern medicine and of Eastern traditional medicine. Her medical education and her personal experience have taught her that healing methods of Eastern traditional medicine, such as acupuncture, can be very helpful for many acute and chronic medical conditions.

Fee Schedule*

Initial visit/evaluation: $150 (90 minutes)

Follow-up visit: $90/session (50 minutes)
